**Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator**

**Pay: £12.02ph**

**Location: KT16 9AU**

**Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm**

**Trust Location: Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Greet clients and visitors to the Trust and alert team members of their arrival offer directions, as required.
- To ensure that all incoming calls to switchboard and site are answered promptly and in a professional manner and directed to the relevant person or team, to meet the caller’s requirements.
- Assist staff, visitors, service users and other agencies by providing answers or information to requests made
- Support team members in liaising with service users, relatives, cares, secretaries, GPs and other relevant care agencies
- To undertake secretarial and administration duties within the Property Team, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to complete your role effectively always to the highest standard

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
- At least two years’ experience working at administrative level
- NHS experience would be advantageous but is not essential
