Administration Assistant

We are recruiting for an administration assistant where you will be working alongside our commercial property team, supporting our surveyors and financial controller with day-to-day property administration duties.
The team are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator (whether that be in person or on the telephone), a quick adapter to varied situations, and an analytical problem solver. You will be an organised individual who can manage tight deadlines whilst working proactively with an enthusiastic and hard-working team. A non-exhaustive list of duties includes:
- Call handling
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, utility suppliers, local authorities, other professionals and clients
- Diary management
- Property database updates
- Insurance claims handling
- Organising re-active maintenance
- Utility contracts and billing
- Invoice creation and processing
- Rent arrears chasing
- Collating reports
- Common office duties, event organising
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (oral and written)
- High level of attention to detail and organisation skills
- Well-presented and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Able to use Microsoft Office packages including, Excel, Word and Outlook to a high standard with the ability to learn the use of new systems (with training)

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
