About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrator to join our team at Woking MRI, part of our Ashford and St. Peter's MRI units in Surrey. The successful candidate will be based across two sites, Woking and Chertsey, operating 4 MRI scanners. Our team of Radiographers and Administrators provide an efficient and professional service to patients, the Trust, and our private referrers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Healthcare environment, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized, and enthusiastic attitude is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts in rotation across Woking and Chertsey, with the primary base at Woking MRI. They will be responsible for making telephone bookings for patients attending our services, meeting and greeting patients, and maintaining accurate records.
