**Part time Membership Services Administrator, based in Chertsey, £25,000 pro rata**
**Permanent Part Time Position (equivalent to 3 days per week with flexibility of hours)**
**Interested?**
The successful applicant will be an articulate team player with strong administration and customer service skills. Customer liaison skills, accurate and proficient data entry speed and intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and databases are required.
You must be able to deal with members and volunteers over the phone and in person confidently and professionally.
**General**
- Working with the administration team to provide an efficient front line service including:
- Handling and responding to general enquiries and correspondence.
- General administrative duties including handling incoming telephone calls and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining accurate database records in relation to the membership.
**Administrative Support**
To provide administrative support to the Membership team including:
- Retrieval and collation of data, using the CRM system / membership database providing information and summary reports on behalf of colleagues as required.
- Photocopying, filing, word processing and general correspondence.
- To assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, information and resources for meetings, conferences and events.
**Person Profile**
Excellent administration experience with strong attention to detail and friendly customer service skills. You will be liaising with members from a variety of backgrounds and good people skills and professionalism is expected at all times. Previous experience of working on a CRM system/database.
