The SEUK AC Business is part of a new dedicated European AC business called Climate Solutions. The UK and Ireland is one of the biggest markets in Europe and there has been significant investment in personnel and products to prepare the business for substantial growth. Combined with the release of a number of unique and exciting products into the market the UK AC business is in a great position to capitalise on the opportunities the UK & Ireland market offers.
Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
To provide a point of contact for administration & coordination support for processes associated with the Climate Solutions UK SVC activities, for all applicable Samsung products and technologies to all areas of the B2B Services Network infrastructure: Distribution accounts / Direct Installer accounts and Service Partners.- Co-ordinate administration functions & audit trails to ensure compliance for all aspects relating to technical site support visits for both the internal after-sales service team and our external service partner network.- Provide administration support to our external SVC Partner Network in relation to claim submissions & processing.- Collate and distribute Monthly Climate Solutions UK SVC cost centre activity reports
