**Service Desk Advisor**

**Salary: £27.00 per hour (umbrella)**

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Desk Advisor to join a local authority in North London.

Key Responsibilities:
Fulfil standard requests using established processes, escalating complex cases to Second Line Support or Application Support as needed.

Manage incidents and requests following incident management and request fulfilment processes.

Provide remote assistance via phone, instant messenger, and remote support tools like Dameware.

Assist in issuing and resetting passwords according to agreed procedures for system security.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience supporting digital services within a large organisation.
- Proficient in remote assistance over the phone, remote support tools, and face-to-face interactions to effectively address incidents and requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to relay detailed instructions to users to facilitate fault resolution.

**Salary**: £19,692.75-£50,789.07 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
