Service Desk Advisor

With You are recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Advisor, who will be part of our growing Transformation team. If you are looking to join a values-driven, forward thinking charity and have the passion and expertise to quickly make an impact in our services, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll join the organisation at a pivotal time of exciting change. This role will provide first line support for all users across the organisation through the service desk and will support service delivery by ensuring excellent customer service and response times. You will also provide technical, operational and administration support for data and technology systems and products, drawing on experience and expertise across a range of specialisms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing relationships with external suppliers and internal teams, working in partnership with managed service providers across shared systems
- Effectively triaging, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, including identifying critical system wide issues and assigning priority levels
- Managing the flow through the service desk, following up with end users to ensure full resolution of issues
- Supporting individuals and service teams to fulfil information, data and reporting requests
As part of this role, it is essential that you develop a deep understanding of With You and what we want to achieve, using this knowledge to understand any blockers and the possibilities there are for effecting a transformation in our systems so they seamlessly support our work.
The postholder should have advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with the ability to pass on these expertise to stakeholders. Customer service will be your passion and you will have experience in supporting end users in a service desk environment, resolving issues quickly and effectively. We are looking for an exceptional communicator, who is confident in building meaningful working relationships and can collaborate effectively at all levels of the business.
