**Title: Administrator / Stock Administrator**
The Best Connection is looking for Admin/Stock Clerk for one of our clients in Grimsby Docks
Monday to Friday
8am to 4:30pm
**JOB PURPOSE**
To ensure the completion of all daily tasks fully and accurately
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- On shift basis, Ensure that all targets and standards are achieved and procedures followed.
- Support and assist Operations Manager to ensure that all functions of the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- To liaise with Stock Operations Manager/Customer Service Manager/Account Manager/Commercial Manager for customer related issues.
**HEALTH & SAFETY**
- You as an employee are responsible for the health & safety to protect you and the staff around you.
**PERFORMANCE MEASURES**
- Prepare and plan to achieve all daily/weekly functions quickly and efficiently.
- Report any theft to a Manager.
**COMMON RESPONSIBILITES.**
- Ensure stock records are accurate by use of system reports and audits.
- Assist with claim investigations and update head office.
- Telephone bookings -managing the diary for lates/no shows/waiting times.
- All aspects of goods receipts/despatches.
- Scanning Indexing of all documentation
- Checklists are completed (9080).
- Stock investigations
- GRRS’s (Creation, update, investigate).
- Investigating any returns/damages etc.
- General office/admin duties undertaken within the depot.
- Communication with Head Office on any customer issues.
- Liaise with site management any issues that arise.
- Stock status amendments - Liaise with customer/Head office.
- Stock account amendments - liaise with customer/Head office.
