We are looking for a **Compliance Support Officer** who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
**As the Compliance Support Officer** **your key responsibilities are**
- Provide administrative support on construction projects constructed by our Adoption Partners
- Request, log and update relevant information on the database
- Ensure relevant reports and statistics are dealt with and submitted within agreed timescales
- Liaise with Technical Auditors, ensuring audits are recorded accurately and on time
- Assist the Compliance Team Leader and Manager in any other duties as required
**About you**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to process data in a timely manner
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
