- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality of care
- Monitor budget and financial performance of the facility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle resident and family concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care

- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use computerized systems for clerical and administrative tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus

This job is to work along side our current Home Administrator
