- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility

- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use computerized systems for clerical and administrative tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
