Job Introduction
We are seeking a Workforce Management System Specialist to maintain our Kronos system, ensuring accurate time and attendance, forecasting, and scheduling for our stores.

This role will provide essential service and support to stores, distribution centers, and field leadership, addressing Kronos-related queries in line with our service level agreements (SLA). You will also be responsible for reporting, training, guidance, and maintaining system documentation.

Job Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Kronos queries from field, store, and site leadership.
- Maintain the workforce management system.
- Provide data analysis and directional reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis to solve problems effectively.
- Offer system support, training, and guidance to field, store, and site leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices.
- Perform other duties within the role’s scope and skill base.

Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Experience in system management (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with Kronos WFM solutions (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and thorough approach.
- Confident and clear communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy.

- £26,023 per annum
