**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage the Salesforce support desk, responding to and resolving incidents with the business SLA timeframe.
- Support delivery and maintenance of the Salesforce implementation according to the business roadmap.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate, and track problems appropriately.
- Actively contribute to identifying potential improvements in the system.
- Collaborate with wider IT team on supporting integrations with Yodel legacy platforms.
- Be the '˜face' of the Salesforce team for business users requiring support (first point of call)
- Knowledge share and proactive soft support for end users (e.g.: assist users in following process, produce simple '˜How-to' guides, etc)

**What you need to show us**:

- You are a Junior Salesforce System administrator professional who thrives under pressure and working within a fast-paced environment.
- You have proven Salesforce configuration experience.
- A passion and enthusiasm for maximising the capability of our CRM functionality and developing the competence and knowledge of other Salesforce users.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is desirable.
- Salesforce Security Super badge is desirable.
- Evidence of Salesforce Trailhead learning is highly advantageous.
- A reporting background using standard Salesforce functionality is essential.
- Great business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- You are a detail orientated and self-starter, able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
