TechOhana are currently engaged with a growing End User in the Software Development space that are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join their growing practice.


Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet our evolving business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, customize Salesforce configurations, and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum utilization of the system.


Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with our unique business processes and requirements.
  • Gather user requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data cleansing and validation activities.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain proper data access and security.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to promote adoption and maximize system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
