The CLIC program supports Care Experienced Young people (CEYP) aged 18-30. You'll work alongside experienced administrators who share your passion for supporting CEYP.
This role is part of an employability team delivering a targeted contract to NEET CEYP across Liverpool City Regions and Greater Manchester. The contract is funded by Barclays.
You'll work primarily from home with regular office days in either our Liverpool or Manchester offices. We're open to flexible working patterns and can discuss arrangements that suit you.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems, ensuring documents are securely stored and confidential information is protected.
- Oversee credit card management, reconciling accounts regularly and ensuring timely financial deadlines are met.
- Manage petty cash payments, obtaining necessary authorizations and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and reconciliations.
- Track and ensure accuracy of BACS, voucher, and petty cash payments related to assigned programs.
- Ensure advisors have responsibility for handling cash/floats during outreach work.
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and car hire for staff and clients using relevant systems and maintaining records.
- Provide administrative support to the team, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Complete daily and weekly tasks, including Adobe sign requests, pre- and post-program surveys, customer surveys, volunteering support, and case study tracking.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary.
- Serve as the health and safety representative for our local office.
Requirements:
- A passionate commitment to supporting Care Experienced Young people.
- Experience in administration, preferably with a background in finance or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
- Familiarity with financial systems and procedures.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as APTEM or Salesforce.

- An estimated salary of £25,000 per annum (£12,500 per annum pro rata to 25 hours).
