About the Role

The Liverpool Safeguarding Children Partnership Board is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the management of its business function. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with key personnel to develop and deliver the Partnership Board's business plan. Your responsibilities will include arranging and coordinating meetings, minute taking, and liaising with partner agencies. You will also be responsible for working proactively and efficiently in line with critical timescales and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-quality senior end-to-end administration in arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Minute taking and liaising with partner agencies
  • Working proactively and efficiently in line with critical timescales and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience as an administrator within a social care setting
  • Good understanding of Safeguarding legislation and statutory frameworks
  • Financial data management processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills working in a sensitive and confidential manner
