Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in administrative support, working closely with executive leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the schedule of the Directors through proactive and efficient diary management.

This role involves regular contact with various stakeholders, including elected members, partners, and agencies, as well as media representatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive PA support to the Directors, ensuring effective time management.
  2. Manage incoming communications on behalf of the Directors, filtering emails, phone calls, and other general information.
  3. Liaise between the Directors and key colleagues, including the Director, Chief Executive, Leader of the Council, and other officers within the organisation.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated at £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
