We are seeking a highly skilled administrative support professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic administrative experience to support a busy team and help ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating data into relevant systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: They will assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
  • Document Organization: The individual will ensure proper organization of documents, ensuring they are stored and filed correctly for easy retrieval.
  • Team Assistance: They will provide support to the wider team by taking on various administrative duties as needed, helping with daily operations and tasks.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: The candidate will assist with any other administrative duties as required, based on the evolving needs of the team.
Requirements:
  1. Basic Administrative Skills: The ideal candidate will possess basic administrative skills, with no high-level expertise required.
  2. Proactivity and Independence: They must be proactive and able to work independently, managing tasks without constant supervision or guidance.
  3. Attention to Detail and Organization: Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
  4. Office Software Proficiency: Comfortable using office software and systems for data entry and document management.
  5. Pressure Handling: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £50 per hour
