Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is a reputable firm specialising in legal recruitment. We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house area, and handling administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors
- Scheduling appointments and managing the reception area
- Handling correspondence and ensuring the smooth operation of the office
- Maintaining a well-organised reception area
- Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
