Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Office Services Coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative support to our business operations, ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office services and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative roles or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
