Wealth Management Support Position in Liverpool

A wealth management firm based in Liverpool is looking for a skilled Wealth Management Support professional to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative assistance, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and prepare for adviser meetings, prioritizing efficient diary management.
  • Efficiently handle phone calls and process postal communications, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, processing new business opportunities and obtaining necessary information.
  • Offer expert administrative support, promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Prepare and distribute vital documentation for client meetings, facilitating streamlined post-meeting actions.
  • Utilize bespoke software to process new business and fund transfers.
  • Perform complex financial calculations and fund switches for clients using specialized systems.
  • Exemplify high standards of client care across all interactions.
  • Support Advisers with detailed meeting preparations, business submissions, and client inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate with providers to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Coordinate office events and visits, preparing materials and conducting briefings.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Ensure database updates are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in financial services administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Salesforce.

Salary Information: Annual salary range: £24,000 - £28,000.
