Overview:
The role will be based in our Allerton Road Office, Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients, advisers, solicitors, and lenders throughout the mortgage process
- Filing, scanning, photocopying all relevant documents which are required
- Reviewing, updating, tracking, and monitoring of cases to manage a pipeline in a fast-paced mortgage environment from submission to completion.
- Keeping clients up to date on their case
- Completing compliance case checks
- Working closely with the operations manager to ensure daily tasks are run smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to carry out clerical and administrative duties effectively
- Strong computer skills with accurate typing abilities
- Organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in an office environment is advantageous
- Competency in data entry and maintaining office records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00 per year
