We are professional, agile and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Administrator to assist with our administrative operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of our company. The Senior Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing teams, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

- Maintain and update bidding software / prepare and issue of quotations and submission of bids.
- Undertake bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Chasing clients for aged debt queries
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment with office junior
- Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, events, and initiatives that require administrative assistance.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative activities (both internal and client focussed) identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and accommodations
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar senior administrative role - **at least 10 years experience**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong proficiency in office software and technology, including MS office package and willingness to learn off the shelf packages.
- Familiarity with Xero software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
