Office Administrator

Swift Placements have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client based in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to hit the ground running and provide support to the wider team.
Main Duties:
- Greet visitors who attend the building
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry onto all internal systems
- Provide general admin support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with office supply inventory management and ordering
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
- Provide support to the wider team
**Experience**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- GCSE Grades A* - C (or equivalent) for English & Maths
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment operation

- No weekends
