**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Taking and transcribing **minutes of meetings**:

- Organizing **appointments** and making **travel** and accommodation arrangements
- Answering the **telephone** and responding to enquiries
- Running reports
- Use of stock system
- Working closely with our customer service assistant and office Manager, acting as holiday cover when required.
- Answering the phone & relaying any messages.
- Chasing purchase orders and office duties as required.
- Computer literate as the role will involve completion and uploading data onto in-house systems.
- Dealing with all incoming mail.
- Complete all paperwork as required ready for dispatch.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations/Site rules.
- Ability to work effectively and be part of a fantastic team.
- Re-stock and maintain organised work areas.
- Work closely with colleagues for efficient production.
- SAGE 50 will be an advantage for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
