**Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Location: Office based, Liverpool**
**Responsibilities**:
- Heads of terms: Complete heads of terms contracts for new tenants
- Leases: Complete new or amend current leases for new or existing clients
- Timesheets/expenses: Responsible to ensure all timesheets of construction workers are completed to standard & generate pay
- Invoicing: Create various type of invoices e.g. rental, property management, contractors, maintenance, inspections
- Generation purchase orders and inventory of stock
- Accurately updating spreadsheets daily ensuring all data on the system is up to date
- Uploading imagery of their large portfolio of industrial business parks, offices, storage facilities, shop units and factory lets available
- Diary Management: organise and schedule appointments, meetings
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Office Administrators Assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Extremely organised
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
