Spotlightjobs are recruiting for an experienced administrative assistant to join a busy team of claims handlers in Liverpool not far from city centre.

Your role will be
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

You will need strong IT skills with experience of Excel & Word packages. As a strong team player, you need the ability to work in a busy environment, comfortable with multi-tasking, communicating directly with internal colleagues and working under pressure to meet deadlines. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage your workload effectively. As a key team member, you will demonstrate your ability to multi task while providing a professional service at all times.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
- Knowledge of claims procedures is advantageous but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£18,500.00 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
