Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Assistant to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our case handlers, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and case progress
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as sending post, making photocopies, and setting up IT equipment
  • Assist case handlers with preparing correspondence and printing documents

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Salary and Benefits
