Administrative Coordinator

This Administrative Coordinator position is a key role in our Liverpool, Merseyside office. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and processing contracts for our Key Account/Gold Customers and Key Account Managers/Corporate Accounts teams.
We are seeking an individual with excellent administration skills and advanced Microsoft Office application knowledge to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have strong phone-based customer service experience and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Waste industry/hazardous waste knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and process contracts for Key Account/Gold Customers and Key Account Managers/Corporate Accounts teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage data accuracy on company systems.
- Perform credit checks and verify information.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors to meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office application knowledge.
- Strong phone-based customer service experience.
- Waste industry/hazardous waste knowledge an advantage.
