- Chiswick Honda are looking to recruit a call handling expert, to contact all our service customers, making sure they have a great aftersales experience. This is a brand-new role giving you the opportunity to change, develop and make a difference to our retail customer experience.- Customer Engagement Specialist are the first point of contact for our aftersales customers.- You will reach out to our customers before their visit to our aftersales team. You will managing their aftersales journey, from start to finish.- 48 -72 hours after their visit you will call to reconnect with them, gathering their feedback, and make sure we followed our company processes, standards and cementing the Customer Satisfaction Survey.- You will share this feedback on to your you line manager. This will assist in identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes where required.You can expect to make an average of 1000 outbound calls per month.**What we need from you;**
- As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you will contact customers on a regular basis. This means having exceptional communication skills is a must. A basic understanding of the automotive industry would be an advantage, as some technical information may be provided or discussed.- Building professional relationships is the way forward, to better understand their needs.- Furthermore, you will be confident with MS Office packages, and some knowledge or previous experience working with inhouse systems such as Kerridge would be an advantage.- If you are a self-starter who can work under their own initiative, multi task and achieve deadlines, then we want to hear from you.**Salary**
