Join our HR Team and take on a key role in providing outstanding service to both our internal and external stakeholders.

In this role as an HR Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with our Junior HRA and HR Lead to maintain seamless operations within the department. Your core duties will involve managing employee inquiries, fulfilling HR checklists, upkeeping HR portals, and ensuring GDPR compliance. Additionally, you'll handle payroll tasks, administer benefits, and assist in recruitment initiatives.

**What will I do in the role?**
- Work closely with the Junior HRA and HR Lead to provide support as needed
- Completion of various HR & Recruitment checklists
- Maintaining starters and leavers information on various portals
- Responding to reference requests for ex employee’s
- Maintaining GDPR work
- Running monthly audits and monthly reports
- Payroll actions such as send out monthly P45’s, collating information
- Assisting with employee lifecycle administration as required
- Updating and maintaining HR system as required for both HR and Recruitment purposes to ensure accuracy of information
- Revising HR Company policies
- Participate in HR Project work
- Benefits administration
- Suggest ideas and solutions to improve and enhance processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Support Recruitment Team with administration such as drafting offer letters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**What do I need?**
- Proven administration skills and experience
- MS Office experience such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality in handling customer personal data
- Ability to work accurately and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and non-verbally
- Good organisational skills to manage workload and changing priorities
- Experience of working in an HR Team
- Experience of using HR software
