Join us as a HR Assistant and play a pivotal role in optimising our HR processes for success.
Not only will you handle administrative tasks, but you'll also have a passion for harnessing technology to drive efficiency. Your ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively will be crucial as we work together to optimise our HR processes.
**What will I do in the role?**
- Work closely with the HR advisory team in providing support
- Respond to employee HR enquiries
- Supporting the admin processes for the employee life cycle
- Running monthly audits and monthly reports
- Supporting Payroll Activities
- Supporting revisions to HR Company policies
- Participate in HR Project work
- Ad Hoc work as required
**What do I need?**
- A team player
- Proven administration skills and experience
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Ability to work accurately and with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and non-verbally
- Good organisational skills to manage workload and changing priorities
- Experience of working in an HR Team - beneficial
- Experience of using HR software - beneficial

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
