**Job Role: Rota & HR Administrator**
Location: Tuctaway Jaywick lane - A mix of office
Hours: 18 Hours - Thursdays and Fridays (On Call *where required)
Additional Shifts where Required.
**Salary**: To Be Negotiated
**The role**
**HR Administrator Tasks**
- Creating, amending, and sending employment offers and contracts using our bespoke system.
- Checking compliance, ID documents and DBS status
- Requesting, chasing, and tracking references
- Dealing with general admin tasks
**Rota Administrator Tasks**
- You will ensure that the required staffing levels are on each shift with the appropriate skill set, and that cover is provided for all absences.
- Using our electronic rota system to maintain up to date information on staff that work within the services and produce the rota.
- Produce a rota to allocate staff to shifts to maintain staffing levels to deliver the right service.
- You will provide general administration support to the team including inputting of data.
- You will also provide support in various forms to the staff team to include supervision and direct observation.
- Dedicated to ensuring the smooth and effective running of the service by managing all the above
