About the Role:
The Homeless Action Resource Project (HARP) is a leading organisation dedicated to providing vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate the onboarding process, and ensure all new hires complete necessary paperwork.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle employee queries, and prepare HR documents and reports.
- Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives, act as a point of contact for employee queries, and assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievances.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role
- CIPD Level 3 certification or working towards
- Knowledge of UK employment law and right to work legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £32,000 per annum
