Temporary HR Operations Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be able to provide comprehensive support to the HR department.

The day-to-day of the role involves conducting vetting and compliance checks, providing administrative support, assisting with the recruitment process, responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or similar role holder looking for a temporary challenge. You will work closely with the HR department to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough vetting and compliance checks to ensure all new hires meet company and legal standards.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and handling confidential information.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
