Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrator to join our client based in Middlesbrough who offer Mortgage and Insurance advice to their many clients. This opportunity is a temporary to permanent position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working from an Allocation Sheet and process protection cases onto toolbox system
- Quality checking all cases
- Ensuring Sales advice has been correctly followed on all cases and escalating any concerns to management
- Inputting policy details onto the system to ensure commission and payroll runs effectively
- Creating demands and needs letters to provide clients with an understanding of what products they have been recommended and why
- Client communications including sending encrypted policy documents
- Completing various tasks requested by Advisors such as file shares, toolbox updates
- Resending of client documents, etc
- Participating in regular training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and understanding of products
- Adhering to network rules and regulations and keeping up to date with regular changes and up-dates
We are looking for someone who
- Must have basic to intermediate Administration skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner and be confident in talking to clients and taking messages effectively
- Be able to write letters professionally
- Level 2 English and Math or equivalent
- Strong keyboard skills
This position has excellent career path opportunities.
Must have own transport due to location.
Flexible hours of working - Monday to Friday open 8a.m. to 8p.m. Two mandatory late shifts, one Thursday until 8 one week and one Friday until 8 the next week, then repeated.
After 12 weeks training on site can work from home a few days a week.
Plenty of overtime always on offer, paid at standard rate but a good opportunity to earn more money.
