Executive Assistant/Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence and phone calls professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive decision-making.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing and document management systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, such as conferences, board meetings, and executive dinners.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the senior management team, in line with the role's scope and capabilities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, supporting senior-level executives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
