Position: Administrative Assistant
Location:Busy Motorsports Venue Office
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible start times
Rate of Pay:Based on experience, with a 3-month probation period

**Job Description**:
As an Administrative Assistant at our busy motorsports venue office, you will work alongside the director to complete various general office tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls
- Sharing marketing and social media ads for upcoming events on platforms such as Facebook
- Working closely with the director and other team members to ensure efficient office operations
- Completing tasks independently with self-drive and also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Being punctual and reliable in all aspects of your work
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms
- Willingness to learn new programs and adapt to changing technologies
- Previous experience in an office environment is beneficial, although training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Own transport preferred due to the nature of the venue
