As an Administrative Assistant at The Odd Baron, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team in various administrative tasks. From data entry to office management, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, handling large volumes of paperwork while maintaining accuracy.
- Provide general office administrative support, including filing, organising documents, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
- Cover reception duties as needed, greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and tasks, adapting to the dynamic needs of the agency.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to handling paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in numerical data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a cheerful and pleasant demeanour.
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
