Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in our office in London.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or other multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
