Previous telephone and/or customer service experience along with a great telephone manner and well-developed keyboard/PC skills are key.

It would be great if you had a good working knowledge of building materials, hand and power tools and accessories, but more important is your desire to always give great customer service.

Full training will be given in a supportive and friendly team.
