Premier Shredding is a family owned business specialising in secure waste disposal.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Part-Time** in **Customer Retentions Advisor **to join our team here at Premier Shredding - Head Office in Hardley - Southampton.

Your day will consist of calling existing customers to see if they require collections and update them on current prices / promotions.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have a positive/can-do attitude
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have good computer skills - Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Accuracy, adaptability
- Maintain all records accurately.
- Be flexible in a “hands-on” role.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work on-site in Hardley.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
