Commercial Client Support Specialist

About This Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Commercial Client Support Specialist to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Commercial Customer Servicing team, you'll be responsible for handling customer activities from initial query to completion, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Process various Admin cases within SLAs and deadlines to provide a quality service to customers.
- Communicate with customers in an empathetic and professional manner through telephone or written/email communication, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Deliver on customer promises and maintain good knowledge of products, policies, and procedures within a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to change and display LBG Values, ensuring a positive impact on customer relationships.
- Develop personal capabilities through existing formal and informal training opportunities, enabling you to manage complex matters efficiently.
What You'll Need
- A broad understanding of product offerings and awareness of the business, economic, and market environment.
- Disciplined approach to work, confident in handling several opposing priorities, and a commitment to inspire, encourage, build trust to help your team succeed using LBG Values and Behaviours.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, and a strong attention to detail when reviewing source of fund/wealth documentation.
