My client is seeking an experienced, logical and ambitious **Helpdesk Support Technician** in the North London area, to join an expanding team.
Salary **25K-28K DOE**.
Hybrid - **You must Drive**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to tickets and answering calls.
- Provide remote support in order to resolve problems.
- Liaise with the wider IT team; managing and escalating tickets.
- On-site tech support, on client sites.
- Meeting SLAs and adhering KPIs.
- Update and contribute to documentations.
- Off-boarding and On-boarding users.
- Monitoring backups and reporting on issues; daily.
Key Skills:

- 1 years’ experience in IT support environment.
- MSP environment.
- Experience of supporting Windows Desktop.
- Knowledge of PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Basic Knowledge Cabling and It Networking.
- Great interpersonal skills, perfect communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capacity/ logical.
- Full driver’s Licence.
Desirables:

- VoIP support
- Office 365
- Mac OSX
- Server Admin
- Any IT certifications are a bonus e.g. CCNA etc
