We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Team Leader In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our help desk and administration team to ensure that all tasks are logged in a timely and accurate manner, and that PPM's and reactive tasks are completed within the required time frames.

But that's not all - as our Helpdesk Team Leader, you'll also be responsible for ensuring that all purchase orders are raised correctly and that all workstream reports are completed to the highest standards.
You'll be a key member of our team, assisting with the timely completion of management reporting and ensuring that all documentation is stored and filed in accordance with our company procedures for audit purposes.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- To lead the provision of administration support by the Helpdesk and PPM scheduling Team to ensure they are able to carry out their role effectively
- Operating on the Client CAFM system to ensure PPM’s and reactive jobs are logged and managed with hard and soft services teams
- Deploy the necessary on site support (Hard & Soft Operators) to deal with reactive jobs within SLA time frames
- Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual reports are run in a timely manner
- Ensure the creation of PPM tasks and correct allocation of these to relevant Technician or Subcontractor
- Ensure quotations from Supplier and Subcontractors are received and acted on correctly
- Ensure creation of Purchase Orders on COUPA System are carried out correctly, have them approved and sent to suppliers
- Ensure the progress of goods and services with Suppliers and Subcontractors is carried out correctly
- Ensure Purchase Invoices are approved and matched correctly on COUPA system
- Assist the Contract Manager with monthly reports and key data

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Previous experience in leading a team in a helpdesk / administrative setting
- Experience in a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
- Experience in scheduling of operatives and deploy technicians
- Experience in working within a multi service IFM setting
- Experience or proven ability in working with own initiative
- Ability to communicate both written and verbal to senior management level
- Ability to solve problems in an effective manner
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner
