**Title -** Helpdesk/ Administrator
**Start Date -** Immediate
**Hours -** 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
**Location-** London
**Payrate**: £17PPH (Weekly Payment)
**Contract**: 6 Months
- Metropolitan University Team who provide first line support for all reactive calls reported by the client on site.
- CBRE provide service delivery support for the University for all M&E and Soft Services through a dedicated Management and Engineering Team across the portfolio.
- The Helpdesk is managed through CBRE Helpdesk Co-ordinators based on site with the use of SI CAFM and PDA System.
**Main duties/brief outline of job**
- To ensure effective operation of the site wide helpdesk system.
- To offer support to the CBRE managerial staff on site and provide administration support to the contract, maintaining concise records and details of CBRE and client information.
- The role will require close liaison with the engineers, office team and clients.
- Including various ad-hoc duties that arise. This role will form part of the London
