**Role**: IT Helpdesk Analyst
**Location**: West London, SW1E 5ND
**Salary**: £33,000 + Training

A leading London based business is looking to grow their IT department and are searching for someone to come onboard and join the company as a IT Helpdesk Analyst. The duties of the role would include general IT support for staff internally using a varietyof technologies.

**The Role**:

- Logging and resolving tickets, and to escalate where necessary
- Completing administration tasks on Microsoft Teams through Office 365 Admin Centre
- Carry out support to Mac and Windows devices
- Complete administration tasks on Windows Server
- Managing mobile devices through a MDM platform
- Troubleshoot a range of network equipment including routers and switches
- Providing support for mailbox issues with Exchange and Office 365

**Essential Skills**:

- Office 365 & Exchange
- Active Directory
- Windows OS and Server
- Networking - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- MDM - Intune, Meraki, JAMF or similar
- SharePoint / Teams
