HR & Administrator

Here at The Drain Guys were looking for somebody to join our team as a Office/HR administrator role.
What we need is someone who is self motivated able to work individually or as part of a team. Confident telephone manner who able to put people as ease. Someone who is organised and able to multi task when busy and complete tasks when quiet.
**Some of day to day workload will include the following**:
- Answering inbound calls
- Improving our office procedures where needed
- Ordering supplies
- Contacting clients to confirm bookings
- Job Scheduling
- Raising Invoices / taking payments
- Making sure job recommendations are quoted and sent to customers.
**Skills required**:
- Experience of Microsoft Office - This is essential we really need to you have a full knowledge of Word Excel and Outlook
- Communication - We need you to be confident when talking with our customers a lot of the time you with me there first point of contact.
- Organisation - We have quiet periods and busy periods we need someone whos able to get jobs done quickly and accurately.
When we say weekend availability its not to work in the office its to take calls via a office phone. There would be additional pay for this.
This position is for 20 Hours per week working over 2.5 days. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning one week. Wednesday Afternoon, Thursday and Friday the next week.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
