Recruitment Coordinator

Schroders Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Recruitment Activities
- Candidate Management
- Data Management
- Process Improvement
- Administration Experience: Previous experience in administration, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Understanding of Recruitment Processes: A good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using IT systems and tools, such as Taleo or similar ATS.
- Project Work: Ability to take on ad hoc project work when required.
- MS Office Tools: Familiarity with MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Reporting: Experience in generating reports from HR systems (Oracle HCM or similar).
The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
