Recruitment Coordinator - Horsham Role

Schroders Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of talent acquisition.

  • Process Improvement
Requirements:
  1. Administration Experience: Previous experience in administration, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  2. Understanding of Recruitment Processes: A good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  3. IT Skills: Proficiency in using IT systems and tools, such as Taleo or similar ATS.
  4. Project Work: Ability to take on ad hoc project work when required.
  5. MS Office Tools: Familiarity with MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. Reporting: Experience in generating reports from HR systems (Oracle HCM or similar).

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
