Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Horsham, providing exceptional service and support to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and quoting for service jobs and contract renewals.
  • Providing monthly reports and maintaining accurate client data.
  • Elevating customer communication and account management standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); CRM experience essential.

Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
