Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 16.25 hours per week. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experience for Chartwells in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers in our outlets. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in a busy outlet environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work well under pressure, remain calm and composed in challenging situations, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
